  • 09:40-09:50 – Video presentation by Maree Todd MSP on Scottish physical health policy
  • 09:50-10:35 – Keynote speech by Flora Jackson from Public Health Scotland on “A Whole System Approach to Physical Activity; Translating the 8 Investments That Work into a Scottish Context” followed by Q&A, chaired by Prof Nanette Mutrie
  • 10:35-10:45 – Yoga with Divya Sivaramakrishnan or easy movement break with Prof Nanette Mutrie and “Moves Like Jagger”
  • 10:45-11:05 – Coffee and comfort break
  • 11:05-11:50 – Workshops session 1 (Healthcare; Sport and recreations for all; Whole of school; Workplaces; Actify)

  • 09:50-10:35 – Keynote speeches by Dr Xanne Janssen of Strathclyde University on “Behavioural changes across the Covid-19 lockdown period in Scotland: the CATALYST study” and Professor Anna Whittaker of Stirling University on “KAPS-19 – Keep Active Physically & Socially during COVID19”, followed by Q&A, chaired by Dr. Samantha Fawkner
